About this event
Groove jazz gig with FUZZ & jam hosted by Common Ground Colchester Café at the Minories in Colchester. Entry is through the back door in the wall behind the Minories, opposite the Firstsite gallery. Doors open 6:30pm.
From 7pm the band Fuzz will play two sets of groovy swing, funk and Latin jazz.
The band features these fine musicians:
Carl Sterling – saxophone, Tony Gooderham – keys Gareth George - guitar, Simon Wood – bass, Elmer Van Der Hoek – drums
From 9pm the stage will be open for a jam session — all jazz / funk/ latin musicians and singers welcome to join in.
Expect a relaxed, social evening where you can dance, chat, mingle, or just enjoy great live music.
The café is fully licensed serving selection of wines, beers, soft drinks and snacks.
