Guitar Workshop with Ross Harding

Using the Blues to Transform Your Playing

Feeling stuck in a rut with your guitar playing? It's time to break through.

Join professional guitarist and recording artist Ross Harding for an engaging, hands-on workshop exploring how the simplicity of the blues can unlock new levels of creativity, expression and musical freedom.

At its core, the blues is beautifully simple. Yet within that simplicity lies an almost limitless world of musical possibilities.

We'll explore how dynamics, tone, phrasing, improvisation and musical modes can bring new colours and character to your playing. Discover how subtle changes in touch, timing and note choice can completely transform the way you approach the guitar.

Whether you play blues, rock, metal or something entirely different, the principles we'll explore can be applied across virtually any musical style.

This workshop is about breaking out of familiar patterns, expanding your musical vocabulary and discovering new ways to express yourself through your instrument.

All levels welcome. Bring your guitar, an open mind and a willingness to explore!
